Service Terms & Conditions
By initiating pet waste removal service with Susquehanna Scoopers, the client (“Customer”) and Susquehanna Scoopers (“Company”) agree to the following terms and responsibilities.
Client Responsibilities
a. Yard Access & Safety
The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled service days. Gates must be unlocked, and any hazards (such as aggressive animals, debris, or unsafe conditions) must be addressed prior to service.
If service cannot be completed due to access issues or unsafe conditions, the scheduled cleanup will still be charged.
b. Pet Count Accuracy
The Customer must notify Susquehanna Scoopers immediately of any changes in the number of pets using the yard. Pricing is based on pet count, and failure to report changes may result in adjusted billing.
Notifications must be sent to susquehannascoopers@gmail.com as soon as the change occurs.
c. Payment Obligations
The Customer agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and ensure prompt payment of all balances due.
Inclement Weather
Susquehanna Scoopers reserves the right to delay service due to hazardous or unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, ice, extreme heat, or severe storms.
If a scheduled service is missed due to weather, service will be rescheduled and completed as soon as conditions safely allow.
Service Pauses
If the Customer’s pet(s) will not be using the yard for a temporary period (such as vacations, illness, or extended absence), the Customer must notify Susquehanna Scoopers in advance to pause service without charge.
Pause requests must be sent to susquehannascoopers@gmail.com prior to the scheduled service date.
The first missed appointment caused by a customer oversight or mistake will not be charged. Repeated missed appointments without notice may be charged as scheduled services.
Liability & Safety
Susquehanna Scoopers is not responsible for damage to lawns, gates, fencing, landscaping, pets, or personal property resulting from normal service operations or pre-existing conditions.
The Customer is responsible for securing pets during service. If a pet is aggressive, unsafe, or poses a risk to our technicians, service may be refused.
In the event a Customer’s dog bites or injures a Susquehanna Scoopers employee, the Customer may be held financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses, damages, or losses.
Fees, Promotions & Late Payment Policy
All service fees and promotions are subject to change. Customers will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any pricing or promotional changes.
Invoices are due within 15 days of the billing date.
Balances remaining unpaid after 15 days may incur a $15 late payment fee. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service.
Privacy Statement
Susquehanna Scoopers values customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed only as required by law or as necessary to provide services, process payments, or deliver customer support.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice.
Termination requests must be submitted to susquehannascoopers@gmail.com. Services rendered prior to termination remain payable.
